Anyway, it was the surprisingly perfect way to start the day because we (the parents!) felt unusually aware of the blessing it is to share our lives with these precious little ones.

5:30 am craft
I started an egg-carton craft with the kids yesterday, but we didn't finish it and so JP took his painted "caterpillar" to bed in anticipation of finishing it in the morning. We didn't really expect "morning" to be 5:30 am, but when he cried, "I need googly eyes and pom poms!" we said, "Why not?" Hey...they are only kids once, right?
